According to the petitioner, no proper

investigation is being conducted in Crime No.24/2015 of Kulathupuzha Police Station, Kollam District. The petitioner is the de facto complainant.

The learned Public Prosecutor submits that even though at first the case was referred on investigation, a further investigation was ordered in the matter under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C. A further investigation was conducted and a further final report has been filed and the case is presently pending as CC No.1089/2015 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-I, Punalur.
