Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
forwarded a request for the release of his passport for a particular period for going abroad, the learned Magistrate was not prepared to accept the petition. The learned Magistrate shall consider the contents of Annexure-A2 order passed by this Court in Crl.M.A.No.1531 of 2014 in B.A.No.3987 of 2012. Once, through Annexure-A3, the passport of the petitioner was released subject to conditions and he had complied with the conditions and thereafter

returned the passport. In case of an application from the part of the petitioner, the court below shall consider the said application and pass appropriate orders, in the light of Annexures-A2 and A3.
