O R D E R
What is under challenge herein is Annexure A1 FIR in Crime No.566/2008 of the Palakkad Town Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 IPC.
The petitioner is the second accused in the crime. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation in this crime was over and final report was filed through split charges, which were taken on file as C.C.Nos.189/2010, 91/2011, 92/2011, 93/2011 and 94/2011. With liberty to the petitioner to have recourse to appropriate proceedings, in case of any grievance on the final report, this Crl.M.C. is disposed of.
