What is under challenge is Annexure-A1 FIR in Crime No.458/2014 of the Pothukal Police Station, Malappuram District, registered for the offence under Section 304(B) read with Section 34 IPC.

The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation was over and final report was filed in the matter, for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B) and 498A read with Section 34 IPC. The matter is presently pending as S.C.No.393/2015 before the Sessions Court, Manjeri.

Recording the said submission, this Crl.M.C is disposed of. In case of further grievance, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the final report.
