Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Considering the magnitude and seriousness of

the offences alleged against the petitioner, the passport of the petitioner cannot be released to the petitioner. At the same time, the learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the period of his passport is going to be expired within a short span of time and therefore, he wants to get his passport renewed. In such case, the court below shall send the passport to the concerned Passport Officer for effecting the renewal of the passport, with a direction to the Passport Officer to return the passport to the court below on its renewal. This Crl.M.C. is disposed of, as above.
