This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for expunging the remarks made by the Additional Sessions Judge II, Kollam against the petitioner
while disposing the Sessions Case No. 527/1999.
above case which was charge sheeted under Sections 302, 57(A) of the Abkari Act under Sections 272, 273, 307, 302 read with 34 I.P.C. in which the accused were convicted by the trial court. In the judgment, the learned Sessions Judge made certain observations with regard to the investigation.

In the circumstances, this petition is dismissed for
