J U D G M E N T
When the matter is came up for hearing on 22.02.2016, the Assistant Commissioner, Mattancherry reported that the appellant died. In the circumstances this court directed the Assistant Commissioner to produce the death certificate of the appellant Sri.Nazar Koya. Accordingly, today, the Assistant Commissioner, Mattancherry produced the death certificate of Sri.Nazar Koya issued by the Health Supervisor, Corporation of Cochin which is marked as Ext.C1. As per Ext.C1, the appellant died on 23.10.2009.
