This contempt case is filed, alleging non compliance of the directions in the judgment dated 17.11.2014 in WP(C) No.3210/2008.

An affidavit has been filed by the respondent, bringing on record a copy of the order dated 05.01.2016, by which, in consequence to the direction of this Court, a decision has been taken.

It is true that there is delay in compliance of the judgment. However, detailed narration of facts and sequence of events had been given, due to which, some delay was caused in complying with the judgment. We do not find any willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court and hence, the contempt proceedings are dropped.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
