J U D G M E N T

¶29

1.As seen from Annexure R2(a), a decision has been taken pursuant to the direction of this Court. However, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the copy of the communication from the District Collector, referred to in Annexure R2(a), has not been given to the petitioner.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that the second respondent shall provide a copy of the communication from the District Collector, referred to in Annexure R2(a), to the petitioner, if necessary, after collecting necessary fee for the same. Needful shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

3.The contempt case is closed recording compliance.
