JUDGMENT
The allegation in this contempt of court case is that Annexure-I judgment has not been complied with. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the judgment has been complied with and orders passed. The petitioner has produced Annexure A6 proceedings dated 22.3.2016 along with I.A.No.241 of 2016. It appears that measurement has been conducted as directed in the judgment. If the findings in Annexure-A6 are not to the satisfaction of the petitioner, that is a matter to be agitated in appropriate proceedings.
I do not find any reason to continue with the contempt proceedings. The contempt of court case is closed, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to take up the matter in appropriate proceedings, if so advised.
