JUDGMENT
The learned Government Pleader submits on
instructions that Annexure A judgment dated 07.08.2015 in WP(C) No.23969 of 2015 has already been complied with and that the proceedings have been issued on 16.03.2016. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the copy has not been received.
In such circumstance, the copy of the order shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
The contempt case would stand closed.
