J U D G M E N T
This contempt case has been filed against the Board officials inter alia stating that they have committed contempt of Court. It is submitted that, by Annexure A4 dated 02/11/2016, the Board officials had clearly indicated that though notices were issued on 22/07/2016 to the petitioner and 4th respondent to allow dismantling the present LT connection for providing HT connection to the premises, there was no reply. Further, unless the petitioner and the 4th respondent permit dismantling, the Board is not entitled to take any steps in this regard.
