This contempt of court case is filed complaining
non-compliance of the judgment dated 17.8.2016. Today when the latter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, directives in the judgment are complied with. I do not find any reason to pursue the contempt case. Accordingly, it is closed.
