This Contempt is filed alleging non-compliance. In fact, this Court only directed authority to consider Ext.P1 application. Accordingly, it was considered as per Annexure E Order. In the light of Annexure E Order, this Court is of the view that there is compliance. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge Annexure E Order in appropriate manner. Accordingly, the Contempt of Court Case is closed.
