J U D G M E N T
This contempt of court case is filed by the petitioner contending that direction issued by this court in the writ petition to take on board Ext.P3 and take a decision on the same within two months is not complied with. However, when the matter is take up for hearing, learned senior Government Pleader produced a communication dated 22.08.2016 wherein it is recorded that already an enquiry officer is appointed to conduct enquiry under Section 68(1) of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act on 05.05.2016. Therefore, I am satisfied that the direction issued by of this court as per the judgment is complied with and therefore there is no reason to pursue the contempt of court case any further.
