JUDGMENT
Through a statement filed by the respondent, it is indicated that, when the petitioner approached the respondent Company with the impugned judgment, he was informed personally that an amount of Rs.30,000/- can be waived from the outstanding amount due from him. It is further stated that even today the respondent Company is prepared to offer the petitioner the benefit of a One Time Settlement by waiving certain amounts from the outstanding dues from the petitioner. Taking note of the averments in the statement filed on behalf of the respondent, I am of the view that nothing survives in the Contempt of Court case and accordingly, the Contempt of Court case is closed.
