Learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent submits that Public Service Commission has already taken a decision to conduct final examination for the post of Divisional Accountant in Kerala State Electricity Board as per the existing recruitment rules.

In the light of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel, I do not think that there is any necessity to proceed with the contempt and accordingly the contempt case is closed.
