JUDGMENT
This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of
the directions in the judgment in W.P.(C) No.29444/2015 dated 26.10.2015.
counter affidavit by the respondent, which reads as follows:
“As per the judgment of the case W.P(C) No.29444 of 2015, it was ordered by the Court to prepare the final bills of the three works which were executed by the petitioner. I, Santhosh Kumar P.T, S/o. Narayanan P.T, have already prepared all three final bills and submitted the same for making payments.”
In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed.
