The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.7/2015 of Vanitha Police Station, Kannur for offences punishable under Sections 376, 366 & 506(1) of IPC.
Having regard to the serious nature of allegations, the manner in which the alleged offence was committed and the stage at which the investigation is now, I feel that this is not a fit case for granting bail.
Bail application is accordingly dismissed.
