The petitioners are the accused in Crime No.1464 of 2015 of Taliparamba police station for offences punishable under Sections 143,147,148,447,427,452,341,323,354,308 read with Section IPC.

serious injury has been caused. Iron rod and the stone, allegedly used for commission of offence, have been recovered vide the seizure mahazar.
(i). The petitioners shall appear before the investigation officer within ten days from today and shall undergo interrogation. Thereafter, if they are proposed to be arrested, they shall be released on bail, on they executing bonds for a sum of Rs.50,000/- each ( Rupees fifty thousand only) with two sureties each.
ii). They shall appear before the Investigating officer on all Mondays between 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. for a period of one month from the date of execution of bond.
(iii). They shall not threaten, coerce or intimidate the
witnesses.
The bail application is allowed.
