apprehension of arrest in Crime No.2335 of 2016 of the Aluva Police Station. It is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has not so far been arraigned as accused in the said crime, and so there is no possibility of she being arrested as accused in the said crime. This submission is recorded. Accordingly, this application is closed.
