3.Per Contra, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the earlier application was dismissed after taking note of the serious injuries sustained by the victims. The Accident Register cum Wound Certificate, of Selvaraj, was handed over for perusal to controvert the contentions of the petitioner. The certificate reveals that Selvaraj had suffered a lacerated wound on the left parietal region of the scalp.
4.Having regard to the said aspects, I am of the view that no reasons have been made out by the petitioner to persuade this Court to grant the extraordinary relief of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners.
Petition will stand dismissed.
