The petitioner herein seeks pre arrest bail on the apprehension of arrest in Crime No.236/2015 of the Thrissur Medical College Police Station, under Sections 409, 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner herein was the Manager of the Neethi Medical Store attached to the Medical College Hospital, Thrissur. It is a store run by the Thrissur Service Co-operative Society.

interrogation. His interrogation for the collection of some materials concerning the exact amount misappropriated, the different occasions of such misappropriation, the way in which such misappropriation was done, the different materials used for such misappropriation, the nature and extent of the forgery alleged etc; is felt necessary. Without such interrogation investigation cannot be completed. After necessary interrogation, the request for regular bail will be considered by the learned Magistrate having jurisdiction. That the petitioner has remitted the whole amount will definitely be considered by the learned Magistrate while taking decision for bail.
In the result, this application for bail is disposed of as
follows:
a) The petitioner will surrender before the
investigating officer between 10 am and 11 am on any day within ten days from this date for the purpose of interrogation as part of investigation.
b) After necessary interrogation, the
investigating officer will produce the petitioner before the learned Magistrate having jurisdiction by 4 pm. on

the date of arrest itself.
c) In case application for regular bail is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be judiciously considered and decided by the learned Magistrate on the
same day.
