The petitioners in B.A.No. 4353 of 2016 are the accused Nos. 1 and 2 in Crime No. 196 of 2016 of the

Halasuru Police Station, Karnataka, registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner in B.A.No. 4354 of 2016 is the third accused therein, and the petitioners in B.A.No. 4352 of 2016 are the accused Nos. 4 to 7 therein. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail on the apprehension of arrest by the Halasuru Police.

On hearing both sides, and on a perusal of

the materials, I find that the petitioners will have to approach the Honourable Karnataka High Court for bail. The alleged incident happened within the Karnataka State. There is nothing definite in these applications to convince this Court that the petitioners apprehend arrest within the jurisdiction of this Court. Investigation is in progress
