ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks pre-arrest bail on the apprehension of arrest by the Pathanamthitta Police in a crime registered on the basis of Annexure-V complaint. Now it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the Police has not so far registered any crime on such a complaint, and that the petitioner is not accused in such a crime. So, there is no question of the petitioner being arrested by the Police.
The submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor is recorded, and accordingly, this application is closed. It is ordered that if the presence of the petitioner is felt necessary for any purpose, or for any enquiry, due notice shall be given to him under the law.
