direction for proper investigation in the said crime. It is alleged that inspite of such a direction there has not been any positive and satisfactory improvement in investigation. It is submitted that on another complaint, on the same allegations, an enquiry was conducted by the VACB as directed by this Court, and on enquiry the VACB found that the allegations are baseless. Anyway, in view of the Annexure A1 to A3 documents creating some doubt regarding the truth of the present crime, I feel it appropriate to grant pre arrest bail to the petitioner. Her interrogation in custody is not necessary in this case. Even without such interrogation the police has collected the required materials, including the concerned registers and documents. It appears that the present complaint is the result of the longstanding rivalry between the petitioner on the one hand, and her Manager and the other staff on the other hand. Let the factual aspects be properly and thoroughly probed into as part of investigation by the police. It will suffice that the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating officer for interrogation periodically, if felt necessary.
