multiple contused abrasions over left side of neck, front of neck, forehead, and left knee. A perusal of the case diary in Crime No.195/2016 shows that the complainant therein, who is the 3rd petitioner herein had sustained very simple injuries. His injuries are seen very well explained by the defacto complainant in this case, that he inflicted such injuries to rescue himself, when assaulted by Hameer Moitheen and others. Any way, on a perusal of the case diary, I find the active involvement of the petitioners 3, 4 and 5 herein in the alleged incident. As against the petitioners 1 and 2, there is only a casual allegation. The complaint in this crime does not show what act of offence was exactly committed by these two petitioners, or what injury was inflicted by them, or what weapon was used by the petitioners 1 and 2. As regards the others, definite prima facie materials are there to show that serious injuries were inflicted by the petitioners 3, 4 and 5, who are the accused Nos.1,2 and 4. I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to them in view of the strong materials showing their complicity in the alleged incident.
