The sole accused in Crime No.611/2015 of Kudiyanmala Police Station, is the petitioner herein. He stands indicted for offences punishable under Sections 452 and 354 of IPC.

that a custodial interrogation may not be essential, though the conduct of the petitioner cannot be lightly seen.
Hence I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner on the following conditions:
(i) The petitioner shall appear before the Investigation Officer within 10 days from today and shall undergo interrogation. Thereafter if he is proposed to be arrested, he shall be released on bail, on he executing a bond for a sum of 50,000/- (Rupee fifty₹ thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum.
(ii) He shall appear before the Investigation Officer an all Mondays and Fridays between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. till the final report is filed.
(iii) He shall not enter the limits of Kudiyanmala Police station for a period of three months from the date of execution of the bond as above except for the compliance of the above condition.

(iv) He shall not threaten the defacto complainant, coerce or intimidate the witnesses and shall not in any manner interfere with the investigation.
