This application for regular bail is filed by the accused in Crime No. 1696/2015 of Mavelikkara police station for offences punishable under Sections379,381,409&411 read with section 34 IPC.

transporting the electrical goods at the instance of the petitioners herein. Driver could not produce the bill of the items. Hence, the defacto complainant directed the vehicle to be returned and to unload the articles in the shop. Alleging that accused have been removing the articles without permission over a long period from 2013 onwards and that thereby they had committed theft of articles worth Rs.80 Lakhs, complaint was laid. Accused were arrested on 3/2/2016 and they are in custody since then.
B.A.No.1082/2016 3 petitioners at this stage. Bail application is accordingly dismissed.
