When the matter was taken up, learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that no crime has been registered against the petitioner herein in Thrikkunnapuzha Police Station. Hence, the application is closed reserving the right of the petitioner to seek appropriate relief. In the event of the petitioner being required in connection with the complaint of the above police station, notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C. may be issued to him.
