As far as A.S.67/02 is concerned, counsel for the appellant submits that the decree has since been satisfied by the appellant, the defendant in O.S.3/95 on the file of the Sub Court, Payyannur and that therefore, the appeal is not pressed. He also submits that R.F.A.158/04 filed against the judgment and decree in O.S.12/97 on the file of the Sub Court, Payyannur is also not pressed. In the light of the submissions made, these appeals are dismissed as not pressed.
