After arguing the matter for some time learned counsel sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty reserved to approach the Family court in the existing original petition seeking production of the minor child.
Hence permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to liberty of the petitioner
to pursue appropriate remedy before the Family court.
