J U D G M E N T
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a declaration that the respondent is liable to make reimbursment to the petitioner for the amount to be spent on satisfying Ext.P5 arbitration award and for expenses incurred in conducting arbitration and related legal proceedings, like Arbitration Request, Arbitration O.P., Abitration Appeal, etc., on behalf of the respondent.
The learned standing counsel for the respondent produced R1(a) Order, by which Arbitration Award has been set aside by the District Court, Ernakulam. Both counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent agreed that in view of the Ext.R1(a), the
matter in isssue involved in this Writ Petition has
