JUDGMENT
The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to consider Ext.P1 application for fresh registration certificate within a time frame.

first respondent. However, the first respondent has not issued the certificate even after a lapse of two months from the date of Ext.P1. Hence, this writ petition.
Considering the nature of the relief sought for and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 application submitted by the petitioner for fresh registration certificate within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
To facilitate early action, it shall be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of this judgment as well as copy of the writ petition before the respondent concerned at the earliest.
