JUDGMENT
The petitioner is aggrieved with the fact that the petitioner
had been kept away from a campus interview, alleging an altercation with a fellow student. The petitioner, admittedly, even at the time of filing of the writ petition, was a 3rd year student of B.Sc. (Hospitality & Hotel Administration), which course extends only over a period of three years.
The learned counsel for the petitioner vehemently argues that, he has to be taken back into the campus and he may be permitted to attend the campus interview. However, considering the fact that the course itself is over, this Court is not inclined to grant any such order.
Nothing survives in the writ petition. The same would stand
dismissed.
