JUDGMENT

The petitioners have approached this Court on account of inaction on the part of the revenue officials to effect mutation.

¶52

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions,

submits that the land is treated as 'puramboke land' in the Basic Tax Register.

¶54

This Court is of the view, the Tahsildar shall pass appropriate orders on Exts.P5 and P6 applications after hearing the petitioners.

¶55

Needful shall be done within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

¶56

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
