J U D G M E N T
The prayer in this Writ Petition is for a direction to the respondents to enquire into the matter of construction of a municipal bus stand at Kulappully centre in Shornur. It is submitted that there were grave irregularities in the construction and large amounts were misappropriated in the course of the construction and that the purchase of the private property itself was tainted with by mal administration and corruption.
In the light of the above submission,nothing survives in the Writ Petition. The same is accordingly closed.
