The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent Secretary, RTA, Malappuram to settle the timing by considering Ext.P6 in terms of D3 Circular and to issue the renewed permit in the route Kannur - Thrissur in respect of the stage carriage bearing No.KL-46 H 1102.

In the above circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 2^nd respondent to consider Ext.P6 request made by the petitioner iin terms of D3 Circular and issue the renewed permit in the route Kannur - Thrissur in respect of the stage carriage bearing No.KL-46 H 1102.
