JUDGMENT
The issue involved in this writ petition relates to selection of Assistant Grade-II conducted by the 1st respondent University. In this writ petition the petitioner is challenging Ext.P5 Rank List on the basis that it was prepared in violation of Rules 14 to 17 of Part II KS & SSR and also in violation of Ext.P8 Government Order.

any such appointments made by impleading those appointees in the party array. Considering the fact that the validity of the list stands expired, the issue agitated could not be considered at this point of time.
Under the above mentioned circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
