JUDGMENT

The petitioner is working as the office attendant in the 4^th respondent School from 2007 onwards. The petitioner submits that she is entitled for promotion to the next arising vacancy in H.S.A. (English) in the 4^th respondent School. The petitioner applied for the post of H.S.A. (English) on account of the retirement vacancy of Smt.M.Narayani. The petitioner submits that overlooking the claim, the appointment was given to the 6^th respondent. The petitioner has disputed the qualification of the 6^th respondent. The petitioner raised his complaint before the District Educational Officer by way of Ext.P7.

In view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P7 representation after
