Petitioner submits that pursuant to the above direction, petitioner has taken part in the written examination for the post of Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Engineering under the first respondent.

In view of the permission granted to the petitioner, nothing further survives in this Writ Petition. However, petitioner's result will be published only if the petitioner is able to produce his B.Tech certificate. Therefore petitioner shall produce B.Tech certificate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
