The prayer in the writ petition is to permit the petitioner
to encash Exhibit P5 cheque.
is no question of such encashment of a cheque, since the validity for a Banker's cheque, at that point of time, was only six months.
The writ petition is closed, leaving open the contentions of either parties. No costs.
