J U D G M E N T
The petitioner had challenged the license issued to the 5th respondent. However, it is stated that the license so issued has now expired and the 5th respondent has obtained a fresh license. Hence, the petitioner seeks that he may be permitted to withdraw the above Writ Petition leaving liberty to challenge the fresh license. The petitioner would be left with such liberty without any observation on merits by this court.
The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
