J U D G M E N T
The petitioner was aggrieved with the fact that the
petitioner has been threatened with penal action by the respondents, for widening a pond in the property owned by the petitioner. In fact the petitioner contends that the existing pond was widened and he does not intend to take away the sand and has deposited it in the very same property.
submits that the Village Officer does not intend to take any action on that count. The said contention is recorded.
The writ petition would stand closed.
