The petitioners' grievance seems to be that Ext.P4 application filed for assignment of land under the provisions of Kerala Land Assignment (Regularisation of Occupations of Forest Lands prior to 1.1.1977) Special Rules, 1993 has not been considered till date by the 3^rd respondent.

Considering the confined prayer made, there shall be a direction to the 3^rd respondent to consider the application in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation.
