The petitioner who is a private stage carriage operator having a contract carriage bearing registration No.KL-14/A-7799 (replaced by KL-14/D-9599) operating in the inter-State route covering Alampady-Mangalore has filed this Writ Petition seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Ext.P2 order passed by the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Ernakulam dismissing M.V.A.A.No.455/2012 arising out of the proceedings in Item No.7 in the meeting of the
State Transport Authority, Kerala held on 9.11.2012.
