JUDGMENT
The petitioner is aggrieved with the rejection of the condonation application filed by the petitioner as per
Ext.P7. The petitioner admittedly is a 6th semester student, studying in the 3rd respondent, which is a Government aided college, under the 2nd respondent. The rules for condonation applicable to technical education is provided in paragraph 2,3,4 and 5 of Ext.P1 Government order.

to be moved before the Government. In such circumstances, there is no question of a fourth condonation and any student having attendance shortage will have to repeat the semester at the fourth instance of shortage of attendance occurring.

examination for the 6th semester is over and the petitioner definitely would have to repeat the 6th semester.
In view of the specific rules regarding the condonation of attendance shortage, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition is devoid of merit. The same is dismissed. No costs.
