JUDGMENT

Petitioners approached the first respondent for renewal of explosive license. Respondents have not renewed the license stating that petitioners have to obtain Environmental Clearance Certificate to process Exts.P3 to P5. Petitioners rely on the judgment of this Court produced as Exts.P6 and P7.

In view of the judgments relied by the petitioners, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners application for renewal of license in accordance with law without insisting for production of Environmental Clearance. Needful shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
