No representation for the petitioner. This writ petition is posted before me in the defect list. Though notice was ordered on 07.04.2006, no notice had been issued for the reason that, process was not paid. I notice that, the petitioner was granted time on several occasions to take steps and to cure the defects. In spite of the above, process has not been paid till date. It is obvious that, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition.
This writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
