This appeal is filed against the common judgment dated 24.2.2015 in W.P.(C) No.34916 of 2009 and connected cases. In fact the said writ petition was decided along with two other writ petitions, namely; W.P.(C) Nos.19412 of 2011 and 28364 of 2012, against the said writ petitions, W.A.Nos.1247 & 1254 of 2015 were filed and the same had already been dismissed by us as per judgment dated 24.7.2015.
Under such circumstances, following the said judgment, this writ appeal is also dismissed.
